Job Posting: Medalta Exhibits & Programme Coordinator

Summary:
This is a leadership position responsible for exhibiting, organizing, managing, evaluating, and researching the Historic Clay District’s extensive artefact collections, which include, but are not limited to, historic pottery, industrial equipment and contemporary ceramics.  The Exhibits and Programme Coordinator will oversee the conservation and preservation of current inventory, as well as the acquisition of additional artefacts, appropriate to the goals of the District. The Exhibits and Programme coordinator will be responsible for developing programs directly related to the public interaction with both the collection and the museum in general. Additionally the coordinator will work with the Education Coordinator, specifically to ensure that the best use is made of all museum resources.
